While a seemingly impossible-to-keep-up-with extrovert to many, I treasure my alone time where I can reflect on memories, clear my head or ponder over my next blog. My Notes app in my phone is a repository of my me-2-me rumination! But not one to reject great company, I’ll introduce my silent partners in crime – Melvin Merlot and Gino Grigio!
No they’re not the most handsome of wine fairies, nor is the 2 way conversation stimulating, but they do hang with me on a regular basis and cheer me on when I need a little nudge. Plus, they never talk back or chime in with snarky comments. This, I love about them! So pick up a glass and find your happy spot and just see where your mind takes you on your own me-2-me conversation!
