When it comes to personalized wine education look no further! Kristi Mayfield has a serious passion when it comes to wine knowledge and education. I recently attended one of her classes: From vineyard to bottle; And I will say, I did walk away with a more nuanced perspective on the wine making process.

She breaks down the wine making process from grape to bottle, and covers every aspect that contributes to the final product. I learned about malolactic fermentation and different production methods for white vs red wines. We covered old world vs new world, as well as a quick geography lesson on some popular regions for winemaking.

I left her class with more confidence in my own wine knowledge and in my ability to communicate on the many styles and preferences available when it comes to wine.

I highly recommend Kristi to anyone aiming to become more knowledgeable on wine and the wine making process looking for a good place to start, especially if you are service industry.

Fascinating Insights!

We recently had the pleasure of having Kristi at our HUB Fort Worth ladies’ event for an educational wine tasting, and it was an absolute delight!
