Certification Programs
An ideal starting point for those new to wine, this introductory course covers the basics of wine production, key grape varieties, classic styles, and fundamental food and wine pairing principles. Participants will learn the proper techniques for tasting and describing wines and gain the confidence to make informed selections. The course concludes with a multiple-choice exam.
Designed for enthusiasts and industry professionals seeking a deeper understanding of wine, this intermediate course explores the factors influencing wine style, quality, and price. Through guided tastings, students learn to assess wines using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting. The curriculum includes major white and black grape varieties, world wine regions, and methods for producing sparkling, sweet, and fortified wines. The course concludes with a multiple-choice exam.
