My favorite varietal? Riesling! Especially from Alsace, Washington State, and Clare/Eden Valley
My ideal vacation? An off-the-beaten path wine region with great golf courses.
AH HA wine moment? A wine pairing with 10-course dinner in Oslo where I was served a 1992 dry German Riesling - petrol never smelled so good!
Favorite food and wine pairing? French Fries or Potato Chips and Champagne!
Area of wine I'm most fascinated with? The vineyard - I love that wine is simply an agricultural crop at its core.
Where I would move to live in the vines? NEW ZEALAND! It's unbelievably gorgeous and their passion for wine is unparalled.
